摘要
目的分析针对面中部皮肤肿瘤术后缺损患者应用鼻唇沟皮瓣修复的临床效果。方法方便择取2016年1月—2017年1月该院皮肤外科收治的26例面中部皮肤肿瘤术后缺损患者,所选患者均通过鼻唇沟皮瓣进行修复,其中14例为皮下蒂,6例为双侧蒂,8例单侧蒂,其中4例单侧蒂中基底为蒂;12例为皮肤蒂,7例为上方蒂,5例为下方蒂,分析皮瓣成活情况以及随访情况。结果所有患者鼻唇沟皮瓣均成活,切口Ⅰ期愈合。对所选患者进行为期1个月~2年的随访,结果显示患者鼻部、唇部以及眼部形态均得到有效恢复,皮瓣质地、色泽均与周围皮肤组织相比差异不明显。皮瓣供区与受区并未出现继发畸形现象,且瘢痕不明显,患者均对修复效果持满意态度,且并无肿瘤复发病例。结论针对面中部皮肤肿瘤术后缺损,鼻唇沟皮瓣修复效果良好,可以作为面中部皮肤肿瘤术后缺损患者修复的主要方式。
Objective To analyze the application effect of nasolabial fold flap in repairing the postoperative defect of central skin tumor. Methods 26 cases of patients with postoperative defect of central skin tumor admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were convenient selected, and the repaired by the nasolabial fold flap, including 14 cases with subcutaneous pedicle, 6 cases with bilateral pedicle, 8 cases with unilateral pedicle, 4 cases with pedicle in unilateral pedicle base, 12 cases with skin pedicle, 7 cases with upper pedicle, 5 cases with lower pedicle, and the flap survival condition and follow-up condition were analyzed. Results The nasolabial fold flap of all patients survived, and the incision was cured in I period, and all patients were followed up for 1 month to 2 years, and the results showed that the nose,lip, and eye shapes effectively recovered, and the differences in the texture and color of the skin flap and the surrounding skin tissue were not obvious, and the secondary malformation did not occur in the flap donor area and receiving area, and the scar was not obvious, and the patients were satisfied with the repair effect, without recurrence. Conclusion The effect of nasolabial fold flap in repairing the Postoperative defect of central skin tumor is good, which can be used as a major method in patients with postoperative defect of central skin tumor.
