摘要
国家实施"双一流"建设的大背景下,中国研究型大学科研培育机制改革要有愿景、激情和行动,改革的逻辑起点就是"一切为了学生"和"为了学生一切"。从大学首要职能和美国一流大学发展的成功经验来看,"一切为了学生"是探寻中国研究型大学科研培育机制改革的缘起;"为了学生一切"要求中国研究型大学必须重构科研培育的理念、改革科研培育的评价标准、改善科研培育的内部治理机制、完善科研培育的激励机制、构建科研培育的监督机制。
Under the background of the implementation of the＂Two Level First Class＂construction of the country,the reform of scientific research cultivating mechanism for Chinese research universities must have a vision,passion,and actions.The logical starting point for reform is ＂all for students＂and ＂for all students. ＂Judging from the university＇ s primary functions and the successful experience of the development of first-rate universities in the United States,＂all for students＂is the origin of the reform of research-based cultivation mechanisms in Chinese research universities; ＂for students,everything＂requires that Chinese research universities must reconstruct Ideas,reform of evaluation standards for scientific research,improvement of internal governance mechanisms for scientific research,improvement of incentives for scientific research,and supervision of scientific research.
