摘要
由于重金属离子对人类健康起着重要作用,因而对痕量重金属离子的快速检测,是当前研究的热点问题.作为生物体内的重要元素,铁元素的缺少和过量都可能引起严重的人体机能障碍,因而能够对铁离子实现快速识别显得尤为重要.本文作者通过研究近年来报道的高选择性高灵敏度铁离子荧光探针,对Fe^(3+)的特异性识别及其实际应用的可能性进行总结,并对Fe^(3+)荧光探针未来的发展方向进行预测.
As heavy metal ions play an important role in human health,the rapid detection of trace heavy metal ions is a hot issue in the current research. As an important element in organism,the lack and overdose of iron can cause serious human dysfunction,so it is particularly important for fast recognition of iron ions. In this paper,we summarized the methods of synthesizing various kinds of fluorescent probes with high selectivity and high sensitivity to detect the iron concentration with the specific identification of iron ions in various environments in recent years.
