一种基于液压平衡机构的井架工移运臂设计和分析

摘要 井架工用于实现立根在井口和指梁间的排取管传递作业,是钻机管柱处理系统的主要设备之一,为了解决其平行四连杆式移运臂占用空间大、自重大的缺点,该文提出了一种基于同构双缸机构的液压调平的移运臂,文中介绍了移运臂结构、调平原理、控制系统,并对调平效果进行了分析,证实其结构巧妙合理,满足排管设备的作业要求,具有很好的应用前景。 Iron Derrick monkey is one of the main the drilling pipe handling system equipment and it can carry pipe to well from pipe setback or to pipe setback from well. In order to solve the shortcomings of the parallelogram arm which wastes space and is too heavy, mobile arm is proposed which adopts hydraulic leveling mechanism based on two same hydraulic cylinder to keep the arm balance. The structure and principle and control system are introduced in this paper. At the same time, analysis graphics shows that mobile arm is reasonable and ingenious, this arm is competent for pipe handling system, and application prospect is advantageous and extensive.
