摘要
1/3焦煤是中国居民生活和工业用煤的优质选择,为了预防1/3焦煤的自然发火,阻抗有利于促进发火的临界点,以淮南矿区1/3焦煤为研究对象,研究1/3焦煤氧化过程中自然特征参数的变化规律,选取淮南矿区谢一矿和张集矿1/3焦煤煤样,采用煤自然发火模拟实验系统和热重-红外光谱联用实验对煤样进行测试研究。结果表明:谢一矿自然发火期为89天,张集矿自然发火期为60 d;临界温度分别为62.9和71.8℃,临界温度之前,指标气体CO的含量、耗氧速率、放热强度指标均较小且平缓上升,临界温度之后,气体含量曲线呈指数模式急剧增大,主要由羧基、羟基和羰基等活性官能团氧化分解以及C=O键振动产生,此时,煤样耗氧速率和放热强度也随着气体量的增大,不断的呈指数形式迅速增长。
1/3 coking coal is a high-quality choice for residents’ living and industrial coal in China.To prevent the spontaneous combustion of 1/3 coking coal and the temperature rising to critical temperature,Xieyi and Zhangji coal of Huainan coal mine were selected,and coal spontaneous combustion simulation system and TG-FTIR experimental system were adopted to study the changing rules of characteristic parameters in the oxidation process of 1/3 coking coal.The results prove that the spontaneous combustion period of Xieyi and Zhangji coal is 89 and 60 days,respectively.Moreover,the critical temperature is 62.9 and 71.8 ℃ of Xieyi and Zhangji coal.Before the critical temperature,the indictor gas of CO,oxygen consumption rate and heat release intensity have a low content and increase very slowly with the temperature rise.On the contrary,those parameters increase dramatically after critical temperature.The gases are released by the oxidation and decomposition reaction of carboxyl,hydroxyl,carbonyl and other active groups in coal molecule.Moreover,the oxygen consumption rate and heat release intensity are increased exponentially.
