摘要
井筒堵塞是塔里木油田迪那2气田面临的严重生产问题。射孔、改造、完井联作一体化管柱上的生产筛管失效是造成该问题的关键因素。从筛管堵塞、冲蚀破坏、挤压破坏和腐蚀破坏方面,分析了生产筛管失效机理。筛管孔眼、孔密和过流面积偏小是造成堵塞的重要原因。地层返排物和地层砂在生产过程中被筛管阻挡,不能顺利排出,造成了堵塞,同时,在结垢的作用下进一步加剧了堵塞。提出了生产筛管穿孔+挤注解堵液的治理方案,实际应用表明,该治理方案是解决迪那2气田井筒堵塞问题的有效手段。
Wellbore blockage is a serious problem in the production of the Dina 2 gasfield in Tarim Oilfield. The failure of the production screen pipe in the"perforation--transformation--well completion"integrated pipe string is the key factor causing this problem. The failure mechanism of the production screen pipe is analyzed from the aspects of the blockage, erosion failure, extrusion failure and corrosion damage of the screen pipe. It is held that the small hole diameter, hole density and overcurrent area of screen pipe are the main reasons for blockage. In the process of production, the flow-back substance from formation and formation sand are blocked by the screen tube, which can not be discharged smoothly and cause blockage. At the same time, the blockage is further aggravated under the effect of scaling. The treatment plan of perforating the production screen pipe + extruding blockage relieving liquid is put forward. The practical application shows that the treatment planisaneffectivewaytosolvewellboreblockageinthe Dina 2 gasfield.
