摘要
从教意愿是影响师范生培养质量的重要因素,亦是其职后专业成长的根本动力。从提升地方综合性大学师范生培养质量、提高未来地方中小学师资质量的角度,关注师范生的从教意愿具有十分重要的意义。目前地方综合性大学师范生从教意愿在认知、情感、意志和行为上表现欠佳,提升从教意愿,必须从师范生自身与高校两个内外因素予以关注和改进。
Teaching willingness is an important factor that affects the normal university students' training quality, and it is also the inner motivation that drives one's professional growth. Therefore, in order to improve the training quality of normal university students , and train high quality teachers for the local primary and secondary schools, it is of great significance for us to pay attention to the normal university students' willingness to teach. At present, the present situation of normal university students' willingness to teach is not good in cognition, emotion, will and behavior. To improve their teaching willingness, we must pay attention to it and take measures from internal and external aspects, including both the normal university students themselves and the universities.
