摘要
实验就传统早强剂进行了有机与无机组分的复合,以实现不同组分之间的叠加效应,提高早强性能,满足工程中对材料早强的性能要求。通过对传统早强剂及其复合后的早强力学性能的对比分析发现:C_6H_(15)O_3N、Al_2(SO_4)_3、Li_2CO_3三组分复合效果最佳,实验结果表明:复合早强剂能显著提高砂浆早期的力学性能,8 h抗折强度由0.12 MPa达到了7.9 MPa,提高了6483%;抗压强度达到了43.06 MPa,提高了256%,并采用SEM扫描电镜、XRD和DSC测试方法对其早强作用进行了机理分析。同时研究了C_6H_(15)O_3N+Al_2(SO_4)_3+Li_2CO_3复合早强剂对混凝土(砂浆)长期力学性能的影响,掺复合早强剂的砂浆28 d抗折强度提高了16.7%,抗压强度提高了6.9%。
The compound early strength agent is a combination of traditional inorganic and organic early strength components to realize the additive effect between different components,improve the early strength performance,and meet the early performance requirements for materials in the project.Through the comparative analysis of the early strong mechanical properties of the traditional early strength agent and its composite early strength agent,it is found that:the early mechanical properties of C_6H_(15)O_3N+Al_2(SO_4)_3+Li_2CO_3are the best.The experimental results show that the composite early strength agent can significantly improve the early mechanical properties of mortar.The flexural strength of mortar curing for 8 hours reached 7.9 MPa by 0.12 MPa,increased by 6483%,and the compressive strength reached43.06 MPa and increased by 256%.And the mechanism of early strength was analyzed by SEM scanning electron microscope,XRD and DSC.At the same time,the effect of C_6H_(15)O_3N+Al_2(SO_4)_3+Li_2CO_3composite early strength agent on the long-term mechanical properties of concrete(mortar)was studied.The flexural strength of the mortar mixed with the composite early strength agent and curing for 28 d is increased by 16.7%,and the compressive strength is increased by 6.9%.
