氧化镁前驱体制备过程中含水量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以氯化镁和氨水为原料,通过水浴加热的方法制备氧化镁前驱体氢氧化镁,并对其含水量进行研究。文章首先通过单因素实验确定反应温度、加料速度、镁离子浓度对含水量的影响。再根据单因素含水量的影响结果设计了以氧化镁前驱体制备过程中的含水率为单项指标,反应温度是65℃、70℃、75℃,加料速度是0.5 m L/min、1 m L/min、1.5 m L/min以及镁离子浓度是0.2 mol/L、0.3 mol/L、0.4 mol/L的三因素三水平实验,实验结果表明:当镁离子浓度是0.3 mol/L、滴加速度是1 m L/min、反应温度是75℃时,氢氧化镁的含水率最大,最大含水率达到0.9897。 Using magnesium chloride and ammonia as raw material,prepared by water-bath heating magnesium hydroxide magnesium precursor,its water content was studied. The moisture content with the effect of the temperature,feed speed,magnesium ion concentration by using single experiment was focused on. According to the single of water content in the experiment results,the three factors of three-level experiments according to the single index with magnesium oxide precurs or in the process of preparing for the individual indicators were designed,with the reaction temperature as 65 ℃,70 ℃ and 75 ℃,feeding speed as 0. 5 m L/min,1 m L/min,1. 5 m L/min and magnesium ion concentration as 0. 2 mol/L,0. 3 mol/L,0. 4 mol/L. The experimental results showed that when the concentration of magnesium ions was 0. 3 mol/L,acceleration was drop 1 m L/min,the reaction temperature was 75 ℃,moisture content of magnesium oxide was maximum,maximum moisture can be up to 0. 9897.
