摘要
工作面过空巷一直是未能很好解决的技术难题,以安吉欣源煤业有限公司30101综采工作面过走向空巷为工程背景,从技术和经济的角度分别论证了过空巷方式,经比较最终提出采用高水材料充填过空巷的方式。现场采用工作面回采超前支承压力对充填体的影响规律分析,得到高水材料充填体有效支撑空巷顶板,空巷虽发生了部分变形,但并未影响正常回采,现场应用效果良好。
Working face over empty roadway has been a difficult technical problem to be solved. Taking the30101 fully-mechanized coal mining face of Anji Xinyuan Coal Co., Ltd. as the engineering background,the way of crossing the empty roadway was demonstrated from the technical and economic point of view. After comparison, the way of filling the empty roadway with high water material was finally put forward. In the field, the influecing laws of the advanced support pressure on the filling body were analyzed. It was obtained that the high water material filling body effectively supports the roof of the empty roadway. Although some deformation has occurred in the air roadway, it does not affect the normal recovery, and the application effect is good in the field.
