摘要
电镀生产线的控制系统需要监控的参数较多,大量数据采集和传输对控制系统的性能提出了较高的要求。选用PROFINET工业以太网总线,根据电镀生产线控制系统的特点进行网络拓扑结构设计,并测试了网络传输性能。结果表明:基于PROFINET工业以太网总线构建的网络传输性能良好,未出现数据传输集中和网络拥塞的现象,满足大量数据采集和传输的要求。
A large number of parameters need to be monitored by control system during electroplating production. Acquisition and transmission of large data put forward higher requirements for the performances of control system. PROFINET industrial ethernet bus was selected for the design of network topology according to the characteristics of electroplating production line control system, and the transmission performance of the network was tested. The test results showed that the transmission performance of the network constructed based on PROFINET industrial ethernet bus was excellent, and data transmission centralized and network congestion phenomenon were not appeared, indicating that the network meet the requirements of acquisition and transmission of large data.
