摘要
本文在阐释科研团队内部知识整合理念的基础上,以复杂适应系统理论为基本分析视角,从团队式生产行为、参与人角色的多重性、知识整合模式的多样化、主客体相互作用等多个维度论述了团队内部知识整合的内涵,并从行动主体构成、主体联系多样化、主体的自组织和适应性进化行为、鲁棒性、复杂自适应性以及团队内部知识整合的不确定性等方面剖析了团队内部知识整合的特征,以及知识整合的复杂适应流程,最后从个体参与规则和总体的利益分配规则等角度论述了团队内部知识整合规则。
Based on the interpretation of scientific research team’s internal knowledge integration idea towards knowledge innovation,the connotation of a team’s internal knowledge integration was presented in views of teamwork production behaviors,various players’ roles,knowledge integration models diversity,the interaction between subjects and objects,etc,and the characteristics of a team’s internal knowledge integration were analyzed from the respects of actors participation,the actors’ relations diversity,self-organization and adaptive evolution behavior,robustness,complex adaptation and the uncertainty of a team’s internal knowledge integration. On the basis of the above exploration,it could be concluded that scientific research team’s internal knowledge integration was a complex adaptive system,whose process was a complex adaptive procedure,which could be analyzed through the objective establishment,knowledge composition,and knowledge emergence. At last,the team’s internal knowledge integration rules were discussed from two dimensions of individual participation rule and team’s benefit distribution rule.
