摘要
研究目的:以浙江省为例,探索城市土地开发约束与支持的协调度评价新思路,分析城市土地开发协调度的时空分异特征。研究方法:灰色关联熵法,协调度模型。研究结果:(1)浙江省城市土地开发约束力强度东北部高,西南部低,支持力强度分布与之相似;(2)时间上,2000—2015年浙江省城市整体土地开发协调度呈现"升高—降低"的变化趋势;(3)空间上,浙江省城市土地开发协调度北高南低,且具有"小集中—大分散"的特征。研究结论:将协调度理论应用于城市土地开发评价中,并对土地开发约束力与支持力量化后采用灰色关联熵法建立复杂时空权重矩阵,以此建立的土地开发约束与支持的协调度评价体系具有实际价值与可操作性。
The purpose of the paper is to explore the new ideas for evaluating the coordination degree of urban land development and study the characteristics of spatiotemporal differentiation. This paper takes Zhejiang Province as a research case to build an evaluation index system based on the analysis of the constraint strength and support strength of land development. The research methods include grey relational entropy method and coordination degree model. The research results indicate that: 1) the high intensity of constraint of urban land development in Zhejiang Province is concentrated in the northeast, while the low intensity of constraint is concentrated in the southwest. The support strength shares the same distribution with the constraint strength. 2) The overall level of land development coordination in Zhejiang Province shows a "increase-decrease" trend from 2000 to 2015. 3) The level of coordination of urban land development generally presents the obvious spatial differences between the northern and southern parts in Zhejiang Province. It is lower in the north but higher in the south. And it has "a small concentration and large dispersion" features in the space. According to the trend of urban land development coordination degree, the cities can be divided into three types: stationary, floating, and mixture type. In conclusion, the degree of coordination is applied to the evaluation on land development. After quantifying the constraint strength and support strength of land development, the grey correlation entropy method is adopted to build a complex spatiotemporal weight matrix. The evaluation system of "land development coordination" established by this method has practical value and is grey.
