摘要
煤矿水灾是煤矿建设和生产的主要灾害之一,施工探放水钻孔是解决水害的重要手段。传统探放水钻孔受钻孔深度浅、轨迹无法控制、钻场位置等条件限制,导致钻孔探查范围及精度有限,因此探放水定向长钻孔工艺的研究应用对解决煤矿水害问题具有重要意义。项目利用定向钻孔工艺在小沟煤矿成功施工1个采空区探放水钻孔,最大主孔孔深达714 m,并开分支孔分别从煤层、煤层顶板、煤层底板钻入采空区,单孔出水量达140 m3/h。实际应用情况表明:当老采空区位置不明时,从煤层顶板钻入采空区,疏放水效果最佳,且钻孔风险最小。
Coal mine flooding is one of the main disasters in coal mine construction and production.Water exploring and discharging borehole is an important method to solve water damage. The traditional exploratory drilling borehole is limited by the depth of borehole, uncontrollable trajectory, the location of the drilling field, the drill scope and precision are limited, so research and application of water exploring and discharging directional drilling technology is of great significance to solve the problem of coal mine water damage. One goaf water exploring and discharging borehole was constructed in Xiaogou coal mine by directional drilling technology. The largest main hole is 714 meters deep, and the branch holes are drilled into goaf from coal seam, coal seam roof and coal seam floor. The water flow of the borehole can reach 140 m^3/h. The research results show that when the location of the goaf is unknown,the water discharge is the best when the borehole drilled into the goaf area from coal seam roof, and the drilling risk is the least.
