制备条件对Ag/ZSM-5催化剂CH_4-SCR脱硝性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of preparation conditions on catalytic performance of Ag/ZSM-5 catalysts for selective catalytic reduction of NO by CH_4

摘要 利用浸渍法制备了Ag/ZSM-5催化剂,并通过XRD、NH_3-TPD和NO-TPD等手段对Ag/ZSM-5催化剂进行表征,考察了焙烧气氛、焙烧温度对催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明,焙烧气氛影响Ag/ZSM-5催化剂上Ag物种的形态、催化剂酸量和对NO的吸脱附性能;焙烧温度影响催化剂的酸性、酸量,也影响催化剂对NO的吸脱附性能;氮气气氛、800℃焙烧的催化剂CH_4-SCR脱硝活性较好,350℃时NO转化率达到最大,为42%。 Ag/ZSM-5 catalysts are prepared by wet impregnation method and characterized through X-ray diffraction (XRD), NH3 temperature-programmed desorption (NHa-TPD) and NO temperature-programmed desorption (NO-TPD). The effects of calcining atmosphere and calcining temperature on the performance of the prepared catalysts are also studied.The experimental results show that the calcining atmosphere has significant impacts on the forms of Ag species in catalysts, acidic amount of catalysts and NO adsorption/desorption performance over Ag,/ZSM-5. The calcining temperature also affects the acidic property and acidic amount of catalysts. The catalyst calcined at 800℃ in nitrogen atmosphere exhibits better activity in NO removal via CH4-SCR. The catalyst calcined at 350℃ can bring about the biggest NO conversion of 42%.
