摘要
以阜新市清河门区作为研究对象,将多目标优化模型应用于水环境承载力优化计算,对与清河门区水环境承载力现状相当的人口规模、经济发展水平、污染物排放量、用水结构、植被覆盖等要素进行建模及优化计算。从水环境对城市发展规模、产业结构及布局、城镇建设的支撑和约束双重角度出发,提出辽宁省水环境超载区、县(市)的水环境承载能力提升方向和对策建议。
Taking Qinghemen district of Fuxin city as object, water environmental carrying capacity is calculated by the multi-objective optimization model in which population, GDP, pollutant discharge, water consumption, vege- tation and other related elements are included.
