摘要
选用环氧树脂混凝土、硅酸盐混凝土分别作为机床工作面材料和床身支撑材料,设计了复合混凝土机床床身。应用ANSYS软件建立模型,进行应力分析和模态分析。通过浇注成型得到机床床身实体模型,借助动态测试仪器对其进行动态性能检测,确认所设计的复合混凝土机床床身动态性能符合相关标准。
The designed compound concrete machine tool bed adopts epoxy resin concrete as working face material and silicate concrete as bed support material for the machine tool.ANSYS software was used to establish a model for stress analysis and modal analysis.The solid model of the machine tool bed was obtained by casting molding,and the dynamic properties were detected by means of dynamic testing instruments.It is confirmed that the dynamic properties of the designed compound concrete machine tool bed can meet the relevant standards.
