摘要
目前管柱内封堵工具主要用于油水井,对于川渝及塔里木等地区的中高压气井,管柱内封堵工具尚无法完全满足带压作业使用要求。基于高压气井的应用需求,设计了预置工作筒形式的管柱内封堵工具。介绍了这一工具的结构与工作原理,并对堵塞器的坐封机构进行有限元分析,对密封机构进行优化设计。通过室内试验,验证了所设计的管柱内封堵工具堵塞器本体坐卡与回收动作的可靠性,确认工具在70 MPa压力下具有可靠的密封能力。
At present,the pipeline plugging tools are mainly used in oil and water wells.For medium and high pressure gas wells in areas such as Sichuan,Chongqing and Tarim,the pipeline plugging tools cannot fully meet the requirements for pressurized operation.Based on the application requirements of high-pressure gas wells,a pipeline plugging tool in the form of a preset working barrel was designed.The structure and working principle of this tool were introduced.The finite element analysis of the setting mechanism of the plugging device was carried out and the designed sealing mechanism was optimized.Through the indoor test,the reliability of the plugging and recovery action of the plug body of the designed pipeline plugging tool was verified.It is confirmed that the tool has a reliable sealing ability under the pressure of 70 MPa.
