高耐候聚脲防护体系及其在混凝土抗冻防护中的应用 被引量:5

Study on the performance of weather resistant polyurea protection system and its application of improving frost resistance of concrete

摘要 用刷涂型脂肪族聚脲作为寒冷地区混凝土构筑物抗冻防护材料,提出了单组分聚氨酯基层处理剂/高耐候刷涂型聚脲面漆涂料的双层复合防护体系,在有效抑制混凝土构筑物冻融破坏的同时,避免了由于紫外照射或温度变化引起的材料性能劣化对防护体系防护耐久性的影响,为混凝土构筑物表面防护提供了新的材料和技术方案。对复合防护体系耐紫外老化性能和抗冻融防护性能进行了评价,结果表明该防护体系具有优异的综合防护性能:SBT –P313高耐候聚脲面漆涂料的耐人工加速紫外老化性能超过3 000 h;SBT –d2012单组分聚氨酯底漆和SBT –P313高耐候聚脲面漆涂料为主材构筑的复合防护层的试块,在冻融循环300次后仍未见有较为明显的劣化趋势。该体系最终在哈大客运专线辽沈路段试用成功。 Using the brushing type aliphatic polyurea as the frost resistance protection material for the concrete structures in the cold region, the double layer composite protection system consisting of the single-component polyurethane primer treating agent/high weather resistance brushing type polyurea topcoat was proposed. The freeze-thaw damage of the concrete structures was effectively inhibited, meanwhile,the influence of deterioration of material performance caused by ultraviolet radiation or temperature change on the durability of the protection system was avoided, so that the new materials and technical solutions for the surface protection of the concrete structures were provided. The ultraviolet aging resistance and the anti-freeze-thaw protection performance of the composite protection system were evaluated. The results show that the protection system possesses excellent comprehensive protection performance: the artificial accelerated ultraviolet aging resistance of the SBT~-P313 high weather resistance polyurea top-coat exceeds3 000 h; the composite protection layer specimen mainly consisting of the SBT~-d2012 single-component polyurethane primer and the SBT~-P313 high weather resistance polyurea top-coat has no obvious deterioration trend after 300 times of the freeze-thaw cycles. Finally, the protection system has been successfully used in the section of the Liaoning Shenyang in the Harbin to Dalian Passenger Railway Line.
