摘要
为了探讨扶正消癌汤内服联合改良FOLFOX6化疗方案对大肠癌术后患者免疫功能及胃肠功能的影响,将2012年4月至2015年12月甘肃省临夏州人民医院收治的86例大肠癌术后患者,采用随机数字表法分为联合组和常规组,每组各43例。联合组患者接受扶正消癌汤联合改良FOLFOX6化疗方案治疗,常规组患者仅接受改良FOLFOX6化疗方案治疗。治疗前及治疗16周后,检测血清肿瘤标志物含量、评估免疫指标、临床症状评分。结果显示,治疗后2组患者血清中CEA、CA199、CA125的含量均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组患者治疗后血清中CEA、CA199、CA125的含量均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组Treg细胞、Th17细胞、NK细胞水平明显高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组患者的食欲不振、胃脘胀满、恶心呕吐、大便异常积分和症状总评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结果表明,扶正消癌汤能够提高大肠癌术后患者的化疗效果,改善大肠癌术后患者的免疫功能和胃肠功能,提高患者生活质量。
This study was to investigate the influence of Fuzheng Xiaoai Tang （a TCM formula, for strengthening vital qi to eliminate neoplasms） on the function of innunology and gastrointestinal tract of the patients undergoing chemotherapy after large intestinal carcinoma surgery, enrolled 86 cases of this car- cinoma who admitted and had received surgery in author＇s hospital from April 2012 to Dec. 2015 yr. and randomly divided them into combination group （CG） and routine group （RG） （43 cases for each）,which the former received this Tang plus modified FOLFOX6 chemotherapy,the latter alone modified FOLFOX6 chemotherapy;then before treatment and at 16 weeks after treatment detected the contents of serum tumor markers, evaluated immunological indexes, took the score on clinical symptoms.As results, the contents of serum CEA,CA 199 and CA 125 after treatment in both groups were all significantly lower than before treatment（ P 〈0.05） ,and in the former were all significantly lower than in the latter（ P 〈0.05） ;the lev- els of Treg cells,Th17 cells and NKcells in the former were all significantly higher than in the latter（ P〈 0.05） ;after treatment in the former patient＇s score on their anorexia, gastralgia, nausea ＆ vomiting and abnormal defecation,as well the total score rating on symptoms were all lower than in the latter（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that above-mentioned Tang can enhance chemontherapy＇s efficacy of patients,improved their immuno-function and gastroinstinal function,so that makes their quality of life better.
