摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓检测中的诊断价值。方法选择2015年6月至2017年3月本院接受诊治的下肢深静脉血栓患者28例作为观察组,另选取同时期无病变患者28例作为对照组。入院后所有患者开展彩色多普勒超声检查,记录观察组患者的血栓分型,并比较2组患者的CFV、SFV、POV、PTV、MGV下肢静脉内径值及CFV、SFV、POV的CDFI值。结果观察组血栓分型为中央型60.71%、周围型21.43%、混合型17.86%。观察组的SFV、CFV、PTV、MGV内径均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的SFV、CFV、POV的CDFI值均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声技术在诊断下肢深静脉血栓时,能观察到扩张的静脉管径,血流充盈情况,具有良好的诊断价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods A total of 28 patients with deep venous thrombosis in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the observation group, and 28 patients without disease in the same period were selected as the control group. After admission, all the patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound to record the thrombosis of the patients in the observation group, and compared the CFV, SFV, POV, PTV, MGV of the lower extremity venous diameter and the CDFI values of CFV, SFV, POV of the two groups. Results The type of thrombosis in the observation group was 60.71% in the central type, 21.43% in the peripheral type and 17.86% in the mixed type. The SFV, CFV, PTV and MGV of the observation group were all higher clearly than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The CDFI values of SFV, CFV and POV in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing lower extremity deep venous thrombosis can observe the dilated vein diameter and blood filling situation, and has good diagnostic value.
