Objective To investigate the clinical effects of early enteral combined with parenteral nutrition support in improving malnutrition and improving immunity in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Forty patients with eolorectal cancer who were diagnosed and underwent surgery in our hospital between January 2014 and December 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group by random drawing method, with 20 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with enteral combined with parenteral nutrition support program, and the control group was given total parenteral nutrition support program. Postoperative nutritional indicators, immune indicators and inflammation indicators of the experimental group and the control group were statistically analyzed. Results The levels of nutritional and immune parameters of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group on the 7th day after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). And the level of inflammation index CRP in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Early enteral combined parenteral nutrition support program for patients with colorectal cancer can rapidly improve malnutrition and improve immunity.
