摘要
目的基于服务设计理念,研究本地生活资讯类APP的产品创新策略。方法引入服务设计的相关理念与方法,分析目前国内生活资讯类APP产品的现状,探讨新信息技术提升用户体验以及整合服务接触点的可能性。结论以用户需求解析与服务体验提升为目标,提出多种服务模式融合促进产品服务的系统性,增强服务的个性化与定制化,将线上与线下服务相结合,以此提升服务的体验感。
Based on the concept of service design, it studies the innovation strategy of APP products of local life information. It introduces the concepts and methods of service design, analyzes the current situation of domestic life information APP products, and discusses the possibility of new information technology to enhance user experience and integrate service contact point. Targeting user demand analysis and enhancing service experience, a variety of service modes are proposed to promote the systematization of product service, enhance the personalization and customization of services, and combine online and offline services to improve the sense of service experience.
