摘要
目的:观察宣肺通窍汤联合微波治疗急性分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例。对照组采取常规西医疗法,观察组采取宣肺通窍汤联合微波疗法。比较两组患者的临床疗效,采用酶联免疫检测两组急性分泌性中耳炎患者治疗前后血清炎性因子白细胞介素-6(interleukin-10,IL-6)、IL^(-1)0、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平变化以及分泌物炎性因子IL-6、IL^(-1)0以及TNF-α水平变化;采用流式细胞仪检测血清免疫指标CD_3^+和CD_4^+。结果:观察组有效率为96.88%,显著高于对照组的65.63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后血清炎性因子比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后分泌物的炎性因子水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后CD_3^+及CD_4^+水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺通窍汤联合微波治疗急性分泌性中耳炎疗效确切,可降低分泌物中炎性因子水平。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Dispersing Lung-qi for Resuscitation in combination with microwave treatment on acute secretory otitis media. Methods： Sixty-four patients with acute secretory otitis media were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine western medicine,while the observation group took Decoction for Dispersing Lung-qi for Resuscitation combined with microwave therapy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The levels of serum inflammatory factors-6（ interleukin-10,IL-6）,IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-alpha（ TNF-alpha）,the inflammatory factors IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-αin the secretions before and after the treatment in the two groups were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The serum immune indexes such as CD3＋and CD4＋were detected by flow cytometry. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 96. 88%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 65. 63%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factors between the two groups before and after treatment（ P 〉0. 05）. The levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The CD3＋and CD4＋levels of the two groups after the treatment were higher than those before the treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Decoction for Dispersing Lung-qi for Resuscitation in combination with microwave treatment has a remarkable clinical curative effect on acute secretory otitis media,can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the secretions.
