摘要
针对测绘地理信息监管与服务面临的普遍性问题,通过梳理提炼测绘监管与服务流程,利用计算机网络、数据库与3S技术,以数字广东地理空间框架为支撑,集成海量、分布式地理信息资源,按照"以图管测"的理念,设计开发了面向服务架构(SOA)的软件平台,建立了省、市、县三级互联互通的广东省测绘地理信息监管与服务平台。
This paper aimed at the problem of surveying and mapping geographic information supervision and service. By combing the surveying and mapping supervision and service process,based on the computer network,database and 3 S technology,and with the support of the digital Guangdong geospatial framework,the integration of massive,distributed geographic information resources,a service oriented architecture（ SOA） software platform was designed and developed according to the idea of graphic management. Further more,Guangdong province surveying and mapping geographic information supervision and service platform was established,which has provincial,city and county three level interoperability.
