通过深入分析黑龙江省对外经贸发展现状及存在的问题,提出了推进黑龙江省对外贸易供给侧改革实施路径:坚持以提高质量和效益为中心,深入实施创新驱动发展战略,充分释放黑龙江省创新创业活力和经济发展的内生动力,推动体制、能源、供给、消费、技术、生态革命,扩大对内对外开放,加快新旧动能转换,促进产业转型升级。
Through in - depth analysis of Heilongjiang province＇ s foreign economic and trade development present situation and existing problems, and puts forward the reform of foreign trade in Heilongjiang province to supply side implementation path： to improve the quality and benefit as the center, further implement the strategy of innovation driven development, fully release innovative entrepreneurial energy and endogenous dynamic of economic development in our province, drive system, energy supply, consumption, technology, ecological revolution, internal and open to the public, to speed up the old and the new kinetic energy conversion, promote transformation and upgrading of industry.
