摘要
文化作为民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉,在综合国力竞争中的地位和作用越来越突出,成为国家核心竞争力的重要因素。四十年的改革开放对中国文化产业发展产生了积极广泛的影响,为文化的繁荣发展创造了良好的环境和氛围。从党的十五届五中全会首次提出"文化产业"的概念,将文化产业纳入国家发展计划,到党的十七大提出"推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣",将文化产业纳入国家战略层面,再到党的十九大提出"坚定文化自信,推动社会主义文化繁荣兴盛",中国文化产业的发展与改革开放、与祖国繁荣富强和民族伟大复兴息息相关,助推国家文化软实力和中华文化世界影响力的不断提升。
As an important source of national cohesion and creativity,culture plays a more and more important role in the competition of comprehensive national power,and becomes the key factor of the country's core competitiveness.Over the past 40 years,the reform and opening-up have had a positive and extensive influence in particular on the development of Chinese culture industry,which has created a good environment and atmosphere for the prosperity and development of culture.The concept of"Culture Industry"was first put forward from the Fifth Plenum Session of the 15 th CPC Central Committee,incorporating the culture industry into the national development plan.The 17 th National Congress of the CPC put forward"to promote the great development of socialist culture and prosperity",integrating culture industry into national strategic dimensions.The 19 th National Congress of the CPC put forward "to firm cultural self-confidence and promote the prosperity of socialist culture".The development of Chinese culture industry is closely related to reform,openingup and national rejuvenation,promoting the soft power of national culture
