摘要
目的 研究血清癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原199（CA199）及糖类抗原724（CA724）在早期胃癌诊断中的临床意义，以筛选理想的肿瘤标志物组合，提高胃癌早期诊断的准确率。 方法 选择2014年1月至2016年9月在本院就诊的胃癌患者（60例）、胃良性疾病患者（60例）、健康体检人群（60例）为研究对象，应用化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清CEA、CA199及CA724的含量，从而判断3种指标联合检测是否对早期胃癌有诊断价值。 结果 ①胃癌组3项指标均高于健康对照组及胃良性疾病组（ P 〈0.05），胃良性疾病组与健康组之间CA199差异无统计学意义（ P 〉0.05）。②胃癌患者3项指标联合检测的灵敏度明显高于单独检测（ P 〈0.05），差异有统计学意义。 结论 CA199、CA724、CEA 3项肿瘤标志物在胃癌诊断中具有较高的临床意义，联合检测优于单项检测。
Objective ： To study the clinical significance of serum carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA）,carbohydrate antigen 199（CA199） and carbohydrate antigen 724（CA724）in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer to screen the ideal tumor marker combination and improve the early diagnosis of gastric cancer The accuracy rate. Methods： 60 patients with gastric cancer（60 cases）,60 patients with benign gastric disease and 60 healthy subjects（60 cases） were enrolled in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2016.The patients were selected by chemiluminescence immunoassay The levels of CEA,CA199 and CA724 in serum of all the subjects were compared with three kinds of tumor markers alone and in combination to detect the diagnostic method of gastric cancer. Results ： ①The three indexes of gastric cancer patients were higher than those of benign gastric disease patients and healthy subjects（ P 〈0.05）.There was no significant difference of CA199 between the benign gastric disease groups and the healthy group（ P 〉0.05）.②The sensitivity of combined detection of three indexes in patients with gastric cancer was significantly higher than that of individual detection（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The tumor markers of CA199,CA724 and CEA have higher clinical significance in the diagnosis of gastric cancer,and the joint detection is better than the single detection.
