摘要
目的 研究在肝转移瘤治疗中采取超声引导下经皮微波消融(MWA)的临床效果以及应用价值。 方法 对本次该院研究涉及的85例样本数据依据消融技术的不同予以平均分组,样本数据来源于2014年6月至2017年12月期间纳入且参与诊治的肝转移瘤患者,将采取射频消融治疗患者作为参照组( n =42),将采取超声引导下经皮微波消融(MWA)治疗患者作为实验组( n =43),观察统计两组肝转移瘤患者临床治疗局部有效率计算值、并发症发生率计算值、消融效果。 结果 数据验证显示,实验组肝转移瘤患者治疗后平均消融时间显著短于参照组数据, P <0.05,统计学存在显著数据差异性。实验组肝转移瘤患者治疗后平均消融点数(1.79±0.33)、临床治疗局部有效率计算值97.67%、并发症发生率计算值13.95%对比参照组数据, P 〉0.05,统计学数据之间不形成显著比较差异性。 结论 将超声引导下经皮微波消融与射频消融应用于肝转移瘤治疗中存在类似的有效率以及安全性,但因超声引导下经皮微波消融需要较短时间,值得应用。
Objective : To study the clinical effect and application value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation (MWA)in the treatment of liver metastases. Methods : The 85 cases of liver metastases involved in our hospital for study from June 2014 to December 2017,which were divided into groups based on the difference of ablation techniques.The patients taken radiofrequency ablation as a reference group( n =42),and the other patients underwent ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation(MWA) were treated as experimental groups( n =43).Then observed the statistics of the liver metastases clinical treatment of local efficiency calculation,complication rate calculation,ablation effect with two group. Results: The data validation showed that the average ablation time of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group after treatment( P 〈0.05),there was significant statistical difference.The mean ablation point(1.79±0.33),clinical effective rate 97.67%,and complication rate 13.95% in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group( P 〉0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups in statistics. Conclusion : Ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation and radiofrequency ablation have similar efficiencies and safety in the treatment of liver metastases,but due to ultrasound-guided percutaneousmicrowave ablation requires a short period of time,which worthy of application.
