响应面法优化芦荟活性成分提取工艺 被引量:2

Optimization of Extraction Process of Aloe Active Substance by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以芦荟活性成分提取率为指标,试验考察了料液比、提取温度、提取时间、超声功率4种单因素对芦荟活性成分提取率的影响,并在此基础上,采用响应面优化方法得出了最佳提取工艺参数。结果表明,芦荟活性成分的最佳提取工艺参数分别是料液比1∶6(g/m L)、提取温度40℃、提取时间30 min、超声功率70%,并建立了可信的预测模型,利用最佳工艺参数提取芦荟活性成分的得率为1.49%,较普通优化方法有所提高。 The extraction rate of active substance of aloe as an index, the main affect factors in the extracting process concluding the solid-to-liquid ratio, extracting temperature, extraction time, ultrasonic power on the yield of the active substance from aloe were investigated, respectively. On the basis of this, the optimum extraction process parameters were obtained by the response surface optimization method. The result showed that the optimum extraction parameters was as follows, the solid-to-liquid ratio was 1∶6(g/m L),the extraction temperature was 40 ℃, the extraction time was 30 min, and ultrasonic power was 70%. A credible prediction model was established. The extraction rate of the active substance from aloe was 1.49% by using optimum technology paramete, which was better than the ordinary method.
