摘要
思想政治工作是企业发展过程中重要组成部分,是企业适应新社会发展形势最重要的一环。随经济社会的不断发展,新观念、新技术不断涌现在铁矿企业的运行过程中。鉴于此,论文从铁矿企业开展思想政治工作入手,针对某铁矿企业思想政治工作的主要内容进行了阐述,并进行了新途径方面分析。希望通过论文的论述,能够为铁矿企业的思政工作的健康发展提供有价值的参考。
Ideological and political work is an important part inthe development process of enterprises, and it is also the most important part of an enterprise to adapt itself to the new- social development. With the development of economy and society, new- ideas and new- technologies are emerging in the operation process of iron ore enterprises. In view- of this, starting fi＇om the ideological an d political work of iron ore enterprises,the paper expounds the main contents of the ideological and political work of aniron ore enterprise, and analyzes the new- ways. It is hoped that through the exploration of this paper, valuable reference can be provided for the healthy development of the ideological and political work of iron ore enterprises.
