摘要
通过对粒径为5目、20目、40目分别以0%、10%、20%、30%、40%的体积分数取代细骨料的橡胶混凝土进行抗压抗折试验,分析对比橡胶的粒径大小与体积分数对混凝土材料抗压、抗折性能的影响,并对比其折压比,分析各种橡胶混凝土的韧性。对添加0%、10%、20%、30%、40%的40目橡胶混凝土轴压试验,对比各掺量对其应力应变的影响。通过观察各试验中的现象和数据的散点图对比各橡胶目数、体积分数橡胶集料混凝土在抗压、抗折、轴压试验中破坏的过程和其力学性能。
The compressive and flexural tests were carried out on rubber concrete with 5 mesh,20 mesh and 40 mesh sizes of 0%,10%,20%,30%and 40% by volume fraction of fine aggregate.Particle size and volume fraction on the compressive and flexural properties of concrete materials,and the flexural properties of various rubber concrete were analyzed.The effects of the content on the stress and strain of 40 mesh rubber concrete with 0%,10%,20%,30% and 40% respectively were compared.The process and mechanical properties of the rubber aggregate concrete in the compression,flexural and axial compression tests were compared by observing the scatter plot of the phenomena and data in each experiment.
