不同地质条件下盾构掘进的材料消耗分析——以某地铁线越江段为例 被引量:1

Comparative Analysis of Material Consumption Based on Shield Machine Excavation under Different Geological Conditions——A Case Study of Crossing-River Tunnel of a Subway Line

摘要 从盾构法施工过程入手,以某实际地铁盾构工程为例,总结地铁盾构施工时主要材料消耗的构成要素,统计分析油脂、水电及刀具等主要消耗性材料与地质条件的关联性,并应用spss 22.0进行分析。绘制油脂、水电、刀具消耗的变化图,运用统计方法结合盾构机理,分析这些消耗量变化的原因。最后,基于分析结果对同一地区相同地质构造层掘进材料的消耗量进行预测。 Starting from the construction process of shield construction,taking an actual subway shield project as an example,the paper first summarizes the components of main material consumption during subway shield construction,and analyzes the correlation between major consumable materials such as oil,hydropower and cutting tools and geological conditions,and the correlation between oil,hydropower and cutting tools with geological conditions using SPSS 22.0.It then draws the change diagram of grease,hydropower,and tool consumption,and use statistical methods combined with the shield mechanism to analyze the causes of these changes in consumption.Finally,based on the analysis results,the prediction of the consumption of the excavation in the same geological formation in the same area is made.The result has a strong reference value for the shield construction cost in this area in the future.
