结构参数对下吹风冷却装置流场性能的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 用ANSYS-Fluent软件研究挤出联动生产线中,下吹风冷却装置的外形结构形式、风源入口方向、出口流道吹风倾斜角度等主要结构参数变化对下吹风冷却装置吹风性能的影响。以空气为介质得出相关参数变化对吹风冷却性能的影响规律。结果表明:风源入口垂直于出口方向的圆筒形横截面外形的吹风冷却装置更有利于获取较大速度均匀性;经比较分析,出口流道吹风倾斜角为0°下吹风冷却装置表现的吹风效果最佳。经研究分析设计出能够较好地适应多种制品吹风效果的下吹风冷却装置结构。 The software ANSYS-Fluent is used to study the effect of major structural parameters such as structure shape,wind source outlet direction and outlet flow channel angle of wind on blow performance. Air is used as the medium to obtain influence law of relevant parameter changes on air blowing cooling performance. The results show that when the inlet of wind source is perpendicular to the exit direction and the cross section is cylindrical,the blower cooling device is more conducive to obtain larger speed uniformity; the down-blowing cooling device with the outlet angle of 0 ° of outlet flow channel has the best blowing effect through comparative analysis. The structure of down blower cooling device that can better adapt to the blowing effect of a variety of products is designed.
