基于红外热成像技术的酒糟摊晾温度监测 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统浓香型白酒酒糟摊晾系统存在摊晾酒糟的温度测量不准确、不全面、糟面收温不均匀等问题,将红外热成像技术运用于酒糟摊晾温度检测,对摊晾酒糟面实现全面监测,应用FLIR A310热像仪对摊晾酒糟面进行红外热成像图像采集,并且详细分析了酒糟红外热像图成像分布规律,绘制了糟面温度变化曲线,得出摊晾机风室风压分配和酒糟搅拌杆搅拌方式对酒糟面摊晾收温均匀性存在很大的影响,并进一步为解决传统摊晾机测温不准确、收温不均匀等问题提出了改进方案,从而提升摊晾机性能、提高摊晾效率和摊晾质量。 Airing system for traditional Luzhou-flavor liquor lees airing hanging vinasse temperature measurement inaccurate, incomplete, bad face such problems as uneven charge temperature, use the infrared thermal imaging technology to the vinasse stand air temperature detection system and realize the comprehensive monitoring of the stand hanging vinasse surface. This design applies FLIR A310 thermal imager to lay out vinasse surface of infrared thermal imaging, image acquisition and analyzes the distribution regularity of vinasse infrared thermal map imaging, mapped the surface temperature change curve, to share out machine room of wind pressure distribution and lees stirring rod wind stirring ways of vinasse noodle shop air temperature have great influence on the uniformity, and further to solve the traditional stall drying machine temperature measurement inaccuracies, uneven charge temperature problems puts forward improvement scheme, to lay out machine performance and improve the efficiency and quality of airing.
