The Design of a Closed Circulating Cooling Water System in Wine Brewing

摘要 酿酒行业冷却水耗量高、排污量大。因此,如何降低酿酒行业中冷却水的消耗量及排污量,是实现酿酒行业绿色生产的关键。该文将热水型溴化锂冷水机组与封闭式凉水塔相结合,采用中央控制系统智能控制,以软水作为冷却水,利用冷却水自身热量制取冷量,并采用多级降温方法对高温冷却水进行降温,实现冷却水的闭式循环。该设计在改善工艺条件、节约用水和节省运行费用等方面具有显著的效果,为实现酿酒行业节能减排奠定了基础。 The cooling water consumption of the wine brewing industry was high, and the amount of sewage was large. Therefore, how to reduce cooling water consumption and emissions was the key to green production in wine brewing industry. The central control system was used to realize intelligent control. And the hot water lithium bromide refrigeration unit and closed cooling tower were chosen. The high temperature cooling water was cooled down by using multi-stage cooling method and cold capacity from heat energy of cooling water itself, which realized closed circulating of cooling water. Besides, the development of closed circulating cooling water system in wine brewing achieved satisfactory had effects on technical improvement, water-saving and operation costs saving, and it also established the foundation for energy conservation and emission reductions in wine brewing industry.
