摘要 提出了一种基于弧形阵列LED光源旋转照明装置的傅里叶叠层显微术,在确保LED子光源不同角度照明光强一致的同时,有利于实现对样品的大角度照明。通过平面阵列LED光源与弧形阵列LED光源旋转照明装置的对比实验,证明了本文方法的优点和实用性。 A Fourier ptychographic microscopy is proposed based on a rotating arc-shaped array of LEDs for illumination.Large-angle illuminations can be achieved and the problem of non-uniform illuminations can also be solved.The advantage of the proposed approach is validated by an experiment comparing the planar LED matrix with the rotating arc-shaped array of LEDs.
