摘要
过敏类疾病作为一种慢性疾病,包括过敏反应和类过敏反应,严重影响着患者身体健康和生活质量。目前,抗过敏药物主要包括抗组胺药物、白三烯受体拮抗剂、肥大细胞膜稳定药、糖皮质激素以及钙通道阻断剂。随着相关研究的不断深入,发现一些中药、天然产物及生物制品在治疗过敏类疾病方面也显示良好的效果。本文对抗过敏药物进行梳理,对各种药物的疗效、作用机制及不良反应进行总结,并对未来抗过敏药物可能的发展方向进行展望,以期为后续抗过敏药物研究工作提供参考。
As a chronic disease,allergic diseases,including allergic reactions and anaphylactoid reactions,seriously affect the health and life quality of the patients. Antiallergic drugs mainly include antihistamines,leukotriene receptor antagonists,mast cell membrane stabilizers,glucocorticoids and calcium ion channel blockers. With the deepening of studies,researchers have also found that some Chinese medicines,natural products and biological products show good therapeutic effects in the treatment of allergic diseases. This paper summarizes the antiallergic drugs,including the efficacy,mechanisms and adverse reactions of current drugs as well as the prospect of future development,in order to provide a reference for future studies on antiallergic drugs.
