摘要
依据退火炉内钢卷带钢板的表面特性、钢板厚度和板间接触压力对钢卷径向热量的传递有较大影响 ,建立了能真实反映该影响因素的网格内多层带钢间径向等效导热系数计算模型 通过对径向网格界面等效导热系数的处理 ,建立了适用于求解为非连续介质的钢卷导热数学模型 通过对模型的求解 ,计算分析了钢卷温度随热处理过程的变化规律 。
A new formula for calculating the radial effective thermal conductivity was proposed,based on surface characteristics,strip thickness and compressive stress of the rolled coll,and then used in the numerical model for predicting the temperature distribution of coils in the HPH furnace.The calculated annealing curves using equivalent thermal conductivity as radial thermal conductivity are in good agreement with the measured values.
