摘要
目前,我国大部分医院的发展目标和工作重心仍然停留在将医疗技术水平、医疗环境和医疗条件的不断提高上,常常忽视了人事管理工作在现今医院综合发展方面的重要作用。人事管理工作主要体现以人为工作对象,因此加强人事管理制度既有助于推动人事发展又可提高工作效率。本文通过分析医院人事管理在实际工作中的不足及探讨加强医院人事管理工作的有效途径,阐明加强医院人事管理在实际工作中的重要性。它既有助于提高人事管理的工作水平,又有助于推动人事管理事业发展,为加强我国医院的现代化建设打好基础,不断提高卫生事业的整体水平。
At present,most of the hospital's development goals and the focus of their work are still on the increasing of medical technology level, medical environment and medical conditions, ignoring the important role of personnel management in the current comprehensive hospital development. Personnel management is mainly reflected in the work of people,so strengthening the personnel management system helps to promote personnel development and improve work efficiency. In this paper,by analyzing the shortcomings of the hospital personnel management in the actual work and to explore effective ways to strengthen the hospital personnel management work,to illustrate the importance of strengthening the personnel management in the hospital in the practical work. It not only helps to improve the working level of personnel management,but also helps promote the development of personnel management,to lay the foundation for strengthening the modernization of hospitals in our country,and continuously improve the overall level of health care.
