摘要
裴正学教授认为恶性肿瘤是外邪、内伤及蕴毒等多种邪毒侵袭人体,导致全身功能紊乱的一种恶性疾病的局部表现,正虚邪实是其基本病机;扶正固本为其基本治则;尊崇《金匮要略》"观其脉症,知犯何逆,随证治之"之旨又当分其标本缓急,遵循急则治标,缓则治本的原则;提出的裴氏"十六字方针"开创了中西医结合治疗肿瘤的新模式。
Professor Pei Zhengxue thought that malignant tumor is the local performance of malignant disease that many pathogenic factors including exogenous evil, internal injury and accumulated toxin, invading and attacking human body, caused dysfunction of human body, weakened body resistance and excessive pathogen was the basic pathogenesis of the disease; strengthening body resistance was basic therapeutic principle; he worshipped the aim of ＂to investigate the pulse and symptoms, survey the former wrong therapies, and treating the disease by the corre- sponding therapy according to the patients＇ symptoms＂ in JinGui YaoLve, differentiated the root cause from the symptoms, and the degrees of urgency, followed the principles of treating secondary symptoms for emergency, providing radical treatment for chronic case; he raised Pei＇s thinking of ＂sixteen-character policy＂ and initiated the new model of integrative medicine in treating tumor.
