摘要
[目的]观察中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值(NLR)和糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系.[方法]选择2016年1月—2016年12月间收治的120例2型糖尿病患者(T2DM),分为T2DM合并DN组(DN-T2DM)68例和T2DM无DN组(T2DM-nonDN)52例,收集患者基本信息及临床、生物化学指标,分析NLR与DN之间的关系.[结果]DN-T2DM组和T2DM-nonDN组NLR间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]DN与NLR有相关性.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio（NLR）and diabetic nephropathy（DN）.METHODS A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected between January 2016 and December 2016.They were divided into T2DM with DN group and T2DM without DN group,the number of patients was 68 and 52 respectively.The basic information and clinical and biochemical indexes were collected,the relationship between NLR and DN was analyzed.RESULTS The difference of NLR between T2DM with DN group and T2DM without DN group was statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION There was correlation between DN and NLR.
