摘要
以太原市大型商业综合体为研究对象,分析了大型商业综合体建筑的火灾危险性,提出了强化消防安全设计、增强商场主体责任、构建单位消防安全等级评估机制、建立消防安全信用体系、建设智慧城市火灾防控生态圈、提高主动消防意识等具体的消防安全管理对策,对该类建筑的消防安全管理具有一定参考。
Taking the large commercial complex of Taiyuan City as the subject investigated,the author analyzed its fire characteristics and hidden fire hazards and pertinently proposed the specific measures such as enforcing the fire safety design,enhancing the entity responsibility of the shopping mall, establishing the fire safety grade evaluating mechanism, constructing the fire safety credit system,and etc. to provide reference for the fire safety management of this kind of building.
