摘要
剖析了近年来国内高层住宅建筑火灾典型案例,总结了其火灾特点及在消防管理方面存在的主要问题,并结合现行的相关法律法规、行业标准,提出了加强高层住宅建筑火灾防控工作的具体对策和建议。
The author analyzed the typical cases of high-rise residential building fire occurred in recent years at home and abroad,summarized the fire characteristics and the main existing fire protection problems,and combining with the relevant laws and standards put forward specific countermeasure and suggestion of strengthening the fire prevention and control in this buildings.
