多索茶碱联合雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床疗效评价 被引量:38

The Effect of Doxofyline Combined with Atomization Inhalation Therapy on Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘要 目的探讨多索茶碱联合雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重患者的疗效。方法收集我院的慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重(AECOPD)的患者进行登记。研究对象被分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用多索茶碱与雾化吸入硫酸特布他林雾化液和布地奈德混悬液,对照组接受雾化吸入硫酸特布他林雾化液和布地奈德混悬液,持续治疗10天。比较治疗前后两组肺功能和动脉血气的差异。结果试验组和对照组的治疗方案均可改善慢性阻塞性肺病患者的肺功能和血气(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组在更明显地改善肺功能:FEV1%、FVC%pred、FEF%pred和MMEF%pred(P<0.05)。在动脉血气指数中也观察到同样的疗效:包括Pa O2、Sa O2和Pa CO2(P<0.05)。结论采用多索茶碱联合雾化吸入治疗可明显改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者的肺功能和呼吸衰竭的状况。 Objective Toexplore the effect of Doxofyline combined with atomization inhalation therapy on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods Patients with AECOPD from our hospital were enrolled for the study and were divided into trial group and control group. The trial group was given doxofylline combined with atomization inhalation of Liusuan Tebutalinsolution and budesionide suspension liquid,while the control group received atomization inhalation of Liusuan Tebutalin solution and budesonide suspension liquid. The treatment period lasted for ten days. The lung function and arterial blood gas index were compared between th two groups before and after treatments. Results Both of the treatment plans from trial group and control group could improve the lung function and blood gas index in patients with COPD(P〈0. 05). Compared with control group,the trial group had lung function improved more for FEV1% pred,FVC% pred,FEF% predand MMEF% pred(P〈0. 05). The same effect was observed in artery blood gas index including Pa O2,Sa O2 and Pa CO2(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The doxofylline combined with atomization inhalation treatment can significantly improve lung functions and respiratory failure in patients with COPD.
