摘要
分析了某705-ch熔炼型埋弧焊剂出现的焊缝压坑现象,研究了不同种类焊剂中夹杂物、不同焊剂熔敷金属组织及力学性能,结果表明,焊剂中混杂的大理石颗粒在焊接热作用下分解产生CO_2是形成焊缝压坑的原因。
The cause of weld pit by a certain batch of 705-ch fused flux was analyzed,and inclusions in different fluxes and microstructures and mechanical properties of deposited metal from different fluxes were investigated. The results show that the CO2 produced by the decomposition of the marble particles mixed in the flux under the heat of welding is the cause of the formation of the weld pit.
