工程创新型机械类精英人才培养模式探索及其在行业教育联盟中的推广 被引量:12

On the Training Mode of Engineering Innovative Mechanical Elites and Its Promotion in Industry Education Alliances

摘要 100多所高校的近200个专业以及80余家机械领域知名企业和行业学会等组建成立中国机械行业卓越工程师教育联盟,旨在全方位整合和共享高校间、校企间资源,促进协同发展。借助行业教育联盟内校校、校企间的紧密合作,协同研制了工程创新型机械类精英人才培养目标,探索了强化创新和工程实践能力的人才培养模式。在该模式下重点建设了创新训练和工程实践贯穿四年的课程体系及工程融合式典型课程、产学研相结合的校内外实习实践基地和校企深度融合的规范化毕业设计管理与指导模式。机械类精英人才培养模式相关工作正在向联盟内高校和行业企业推广,助力高校和行业企业资源的整合与共享,促进工程创新型人才培养与产业发展同步。 Mechanical Education Alliance of Excellent Engineers was established on August 2016 aiming at integrating and sharing resources among universities,schools and enterprises to promote coordinated development,which is comprised of nearly 200 undergraduate majors of more than 100 universities and over 80 well-known enterprises and industry associations in the field of mechanical engineering.With the help of the close cooperation between schools and enterprises within the industry education alliances,the goal of training innovative mechanical elites was collaboratively developed,and the talent training mode of strengthening innovation and engineering practice ability was explored.Under this mode,three goals were mainly achieved,which are curricula and its engineering syncretic typical courses where innovative training and engineering practice run through the whole university semesters,practice base in and off campus under the production-teaching-research concept,and standardized undergraduate thesis management and supervised mode.The training mode of mechanical elite is being promoted to the universities and enterprises in the alliance so as to promote the integration and sharing of resources in universities,industries and enterprises and boost the synchronization of engineering innovation talent training and industrial development.
