摘要
某车辆设备支撑轴使用3个月即出现了早期断裂,为此,采用体式显微镜、扫描电镜、直读光谱仪和金相显微镜研究了断裂支撑轴的断口形貌、化学成分和微观组织。结果表明:支撑轴的化学成分和显微组织符合技术要求。裂纹源位于断口的表面位置,且只有常见的Fe、C、O、Cr、Mn、Si元素,没有其他的夹杂物。裂纹源是由于倒角太小,在工作过程中产生了较大的应力集中引起的,这是产生早期断裂的主要原因。
The fracture morphology, chemical composition and microstructure of support axial were analyzed by stereo microscope, scanning electron microscope, direct reading spectrometer and metallographic microscope. Results showed that the chemical composition and microstructure met the technical requirements. The crack source was located at the fracture surface position, and it was only composed of the common elements like Fe, C, O, Cr, Mn and Si. There was no other inclusion. The crack source was caused by the large stress concentration in the working process because the chamfering was too small, which was the main cause of the early breakage.
