摘要 本科生"导师制"是一种全面提高本科生素质的互动式教学制度,是新形势下高校学生思想教育和管理工作的新机制。本文深入探讨了本科生毕业论文质量的现状分析、造成现状的原因,结合"导师制"的优点及实施"导师制"的初步探究,进一步提高本科生毕业论文质量及其综合素质,为培养具有创新精神和实践能力的综合型人才提供了参考。 The undergraduate's tutorial system is an interactive teaching system, new mechanism of ideological education and management of college students to comprehensively improve overall quality in this situation. We discuss the current situation of undergraduate thesis quality and the cause of this phenomenon. To further improving the quality of undergraduate thesis and their overall quality, we carry on a preliminary exploration, which combined with the advantages of the tutorial system. All these will provide same experiences for training comprehensive talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.
