摘要
研究了利用气相色谱法检测土壤中敌敌畏和乐果含量,规范土壤中敌敌畏和乐果的提取、检测过程,确保所得数据准确可靠。实验结果表明,敌敌畏的方法检出限为6.1×10-4 mg/kg(以20 g土壤计算),加标回收率分别为92.6%、87.2%、109%,相对标准偏差分别为1.3%、5.3%、1.2%。乐果的方法检出限为1.1×10-4 mg/kg(以20 g土壤计算),加标回收率分别为97.4%、116%、106%,相对标准偏差分别为7.5%、2.1%、1.5%。
The gas chromatography was used to detect the contents of dichlorvos and dimethoate in soil, which is to standardized the extraction and detection processes of dichlorvos and dimethoate in soil and ensured accurate and reliable of the data. The experimental results showed that the method detection limit of dichlorvos was 6.1×10-4 mg/kg (20 g soil), and the recovery rate were 92.6 %, 87.2 %, and 109 %, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 1.3 %, 1.2 % and 5.3 %, respectively, The method detection limit of dimethoate was 1.1×10-4 mg/kg (20 g soil), and the the recovery rate were 97.4 %, 116 %, and 106 %, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 7.5 %, 1,5 % and 2,1%, respectively,
